Ingredients
4 medium sized brinjal (julienne sliced )
1 cup onion sliced
1 tablespoon garam masala powder
1 tablespoon chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
3/4 cup chickpea flour (Besan)
1/4 cup cornflour
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
Method
- Take a bowl add julienne sliced brinjal.
- Into that add sliced onions mix well.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala and coriander powder.
- Then add chickpea flour and cornflour.
- Mix everything well and add very little water to bind.
- Now heat oil in a pan.
- Add prepared mixture in small portions slowly into oil.
- Fry then till golden brown.
- Take them out of oil and serve them hot.
