Salt 4 teaspoons
Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoons

Water 3 glasses
Method
- Clean rice and then soak them with 1:1/2 ratio water.
- Take a pressure cooker, in that add oil and ghee after that add all the whole spices fry them well.
- Now add sliced onions fry till golden.
- Then add ginger garlic paste fry it well.
- Add sliced tomatoes and green chillies cook till soft.
- After that add mutton fry for a while.
- In that add chilli powder and garam masala.
- Add 1 cup curd and mix well.
- Add coriander and mint leaves.
- Add 1 cup water for cooking mutton.
- Close lid and cook for 5 to ten whistles depending on mutton.
- Let it cool and then open the lid again switch on the flame.
- Finally add soaked rice with water mix well.
- Add lemon juice and 2 teaspoons salt.
- Close lid and cook for 1 to 2 whistles.
- Open after pressure is gone.
- Mix lightly make sure not to break the rice.
- Take it in a plate enjoy...

Biryani can be made only in ghee also.
