1/4 cup spinach
3/4 cup cold water

Blend everything well serve chilled.
Carrot Smoothie
3/4 cup carrots chopped
1/4 cup spinach
3/4 cup banana chopped
3/4 milk chilled
Method
Blend everything well serve chilled.

Note
Water can be replaced with milk or curd in all recipes according to our taste.
Ice can be added while blending to make cool smoothies.
Dry fruits or honey or dates can also be added.
