1/2 kg fish cleaned
2 tablespoon oil
2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 teaspoon coriander powder
11/2 ginger garlic paste
2 teaspoon salt

Method
- Take fish on one plate.
- Make slits in that.
- Mix chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder with ginger garlic paste.
- Add water if needed to make a fine paste.
- Apply masala paste to fish.
- Let all pieces coat well.
- Let fish marinate for 1/2 hour minimum.
- Take a pan pour oil and place fish pieces carefully.
- Fry them turning both sides till brown.
- Turn off the heat and take it in a plate.
- The fish fry is ready.

Note
Always keep fish in the fridge for marination.
We can make apply masala for a large batch of fish and store it in the freezer for 2 to 3 days.
Then fry it as usual.
