Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1 cup curd
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup grated carrot
For Tampering:
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 dried red chilli
1 teaspoon oil
Method
- Take a saucepan in that water.
- Add oats and cook them well on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Let oats cool down.
- In a bowl take cooked oats add grated carrot, salt, and curd.
- Mix everything well add some more curd or water according to taste.
- Now heat oil in tadka pan add mustard, cumin, and red chilli.
- Fry them and switch off the flame.
- Pour tadka in curd mixture and mix everything well.
- Serve immediately.
