Carrot Curd Oats


Oatmeal in seasoned yogurt a good healthy recipe for the hot summer days...

Oats help lower LDL ( bad cholesterol ) and keep heart healthy. It controls blood sugar levels. Reduces hypertension and supports weight loss.

Curd help good digestion and it has all goodness of milk.

Ingredients


1/2 cup oats 
1 cup curd
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup grated carrot

For Tampering:

1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 dried red chilli
1 teaspoon oil

Method

  • Take a saucepan in that water.
  • Add oats and cook them well on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Let oats cool down.
  • In a bowl take cooked oats add grated carrot, salt, and curd.
  • Mix everything well add some more curd or water according to taste.
  • Now heat oil in tadka pan add mustard, cumin, and red chilli.
  • Fry them and switch off the flame.
  • Pour tadka in curd mixture and mix everything well.
  • Serve immediately.
