Ingredients
1kg chicken cleaned
2 tablespoon oil
2 teaspoons salt as per taste
2 medium size onion
1 medium tomato
2 green chillies
1/2 small bunch coriander leafs
2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 teaspoons chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Method
- In a grinding jar take the diced onion, tomato and green chillies.
- Grind them into a paste.
- In a kadai take cleaned chicken, add salt to that.
- Add ginger garlic paste, mix well.
- Now add coriander powder, chilli powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder.
- Add 1 cup water mix everything well.
- Switch on the flame and let the chicken cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- After 5 minutes once check chicken stir well again close lid.
- Then cook for 2 minutes and after that put flame to low.
- Let chicken cook for 2 more minutes on low flame.
- Then open lid and mix once.
- Let all water evaporate and then switch off the flame.
- Heat a frying pan add oil.
- Add cooked chicken to oil and mix well.
- Let chicken fry for 5 minutes on medium flame stirring occasionally.
- Switch off the flame and sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves.
- That's it Yummy chicken fry is ready...

Note
Oil can be reduced or increased according to taste.
Chicken mixture can be boiled in a pressure cooker for 2 whistles instead of cooking in kadai.
If cooking in a pressure cooker after opening lid cook until water evaporates.
