Ingredients
1 small bunch coriander
1/2 small bunch Mint/Pudina
4 green chillies
1 small onion
4 garlic cloves
Tamarind lemon size
1 tablespoon oil
salt to taste
Method
- Heat a pan add oil.
- Add green chillies and fry them well.
- Then fry coriander and mint leaves.
- In a grinding jar add diced onion, Fried chillies, garlic cloves, fried coriander and mint leafs, tamarind and salt.
- Grind everything into rough paste.
- Take out grounded mixture in bowl.
- Coriander and Mint green chutney is ready...
