Ingredients
1 bowl cooked rice
3/4 cup boiled green peas
1 medium onion
2 green chillies
1/4 cup chopped coriander leafs
1/4 cup chopped mint leafs
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 tablespoon oil/ ghee/clarified/ butter
Salt to taste
Method
- Heat ghee in a frying pan add cumin, chopped onions, salt fry till onions change colour.
- Add ginger garlic paste fry for 30 seconds.
- Then add green peas, chopped green chillies, coriander and mint.
- Fry them and then add garam masala powder.
- Then add cooked rice, little salt fry for 1 minute.
- Green peas pulao is ready, serve hot...
