1/2 cup chopped muskmelon
1/2 cup chopped chikoo
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon fennel seeds ( fennel seeds powder)
1 cup milk
Method
- Take a grinding jar add chopped muskmelon and chikoo pieces.
- To that add fennel seeds and and milk.
- Add sugar and blend well till fennel seeds are ground well.
- Serve chilled add ice cubes if needed....

Note
Use chilled milk and ice cubes to get great taste.
If using while weight managment replace milk with soy milk and completly avoid sugar.
It is best healthy snack in summers.
