Ingredients
1/2 cup sabudana
1/4 cup cashews
1 tablespoon clarified butter (Ghee)
3/4 cup sugar
250 ml milk
250 ml water
2 cloves
1 small piece cinamon
4 cardamon
Method
- Soak sabudana for 1 hour.
- Then take ghee in kadai fry cashews till golden brown and take them in bowl.
- To the same ghee and cloves, cinamon and cardamon.
- Add water into kadai and let water boil for 5 minutes.
- When water comes to boil add soaked sabudana and let it cook for 10 to 20 min or till done on medium flame stirring continuously.
- Add sugar and mix well cook till sugar is dissolved.
- Add cashews and milk bring it to boil.
- Switch off flame serve hot...

Remove Cloves and cinamon after cooking.
