Ingredients
4 cups Dosa Batter
10 to 15 red chillies
1 big onion diced
5 to 6 garlic cloves
Salt as per taste
Ghee for frying dosas
Method
- Take chillies in a bowl add 1/2 cup water.
- Microwave for 30 sec let chillies soak in hot water.
- In a grinding jar add soaked chillies, diced onions, garlic and salt.
- Grind everything well to a fine paste.
- Now heat tawa and pour dosa batter spread it evenly.
- Let dosa cook on medium to low flame for a while.
- Add prepared red chilli and onion paste and spread it evenly.
- Pour ghee/clarified butter to dosa.
- Let dosa turn golden then lightly lift from one side and roll out dosa.
- Serve immediately with groundnut chutney or coconut chutney...
