1/2 cup curd
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup diced mango
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

Method

  • Take Mixer jar add curd, mango, sugar and cardamom powder.
  • Blend everything well.
  • Now add 1 cup water (ice cubes if desired) blend again till smooth.
  • Take a glass pour in prepared lassi.
  • Top it with some fresh cream, mint leaves and chopped mango.
  • Serve chilled...
