Dates And Nuts Laddo

Ingredients

1 cup dates (Deseeded and chopped)
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup cashews
1/4 cup watermelon seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup walnuts

Method

  • Heat pan and dry roast almonds for 1 minute on low flame.
  • Add cashews to it and roast them for 30 seconds.
  • Then add sesame seeds and watermelon seeds and roast everything well.
  • Remove from heat and let then cool down for a while,
  • Then grind nuts to a coarse powder.
  • Add chopped dates to it and grind till everything get mixed well for about 30 seconds.
  • Take mixture into a bowl and make small laddos's pressing lightly.
  • Prepared laddo's can be stored in airtight container for 2 weeks.
