Ingredients
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
2 teaspoons custard powder
1 cup mango pulp
1/2 cup chopped mango
2 teaspoon tutti-frutti
5 to 6 cashews
4 to 5 almonds
Method
- Boil milk in that add cardamom powder and sugar.
- Cook well till sugar dissolves.
- Then take 1/4 cup milk and dissolve 2 teaspoons custard powder.
- Add custard powder mix to milk stirring continuously.
- Bring milk to boil once and switch off the flame.
- Let milk rest for about 1/2 hour and cools down.
- Then transfer custard mixture to blending jar and in that add 1 cup mango pulp.
- Blend everything well to smooth paste.
- Transfer prepared custard into a bowl.
- Add chopped mango pieces, tutti frutti, almonds and cashews.
- Refrigerate mango custard for 4 to 5 hours and serve chilled...
