Course Frozen Dessert

Servings 6 to 7 people
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup fresh cream
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
2 tablespoons almond paste
2 teaspoons custard powder
1 cup mango pulp
Method
- Heat a vessel add 1 1/2 cups milk.
- Add fresh cream mixture and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add sugar and cook till sugar dissolves well.
- Then add cardamom powder mix and bring milk to boil.
- Add almond paste mix everything well.
- Dissolve custard powder in 1/4 cup milk.
- Add this mixture to milk and cook on medium flame stirring continuously.
- Switch off the flame and let it cool to room temperature.
- Take cooled mixture to blending jar and add mango pulp.
- Blend everything to smooth paste.
- Take kulfi moulds and pour prepared mixture into moulds.
- Freeze for 7 to 10 hours.
- Take moulds out and keep them on running water for 10 seconds de-mould and enjoy...
