Ingredients
1 bowl cooked rice
300 ml full cream milk
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 tablespoon ghee
7 to 10 almonds soaked
10 cashews nuts

Method
- Heat kadai and add ghee.
- Add peeled and chopped almonds and fry them.
- When almonds are half done add cashews and fry till golden.
- Take fried cashews and almonds out of kadai and keep aside.
- Now in the same kadai add milk.
- When milk starts boiling add cooked rice and cardamom powder.
- Then cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes milk and rice will come together.
- Then add 1 cup sugar, mix everything well.
- After adding sugar, rice mixture will again gets little thin.
- Cook for 2 more minutes and then add fried cashews and almonds.
- Mix everything well and serve warm...
