Rice 1/2 kg or 2 glasses

Coconut paste 2 tablespoons

Method
- Clean rice and then soak them with 1:2 ratio water.
- Take a pressure cooker, in that add oil and ghee after that add all the whole spices fry them well.
- Now add sliced onions fry till golden.
- Then add ginger garlic paste fry it well.
- Add sliced tomatoes and green chillies cook till soft.
- Add coriander and mint leaves.
- Add coconut paste and fry for 1 minute.
- Finally add soaked rice with water mix well.
- Close lid and cook for 2 to 3 whistles.
- Open pressure cooker once pressure is reduced.
- Mix lightly make sure not to break the rice.
- Serve hot with bagara biangan or kourma or raita...
