Ingredients
Paneer (200 grams)
Butter 2 tablespoons
Ghee 2 tablespoons
Ghee 2 tablespoons
Onion 2 +1 ( for Frying)
Tomato 4
Cashews 7 to 10

Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Kasoori Methi 2 tablespoons

Salt to taste about 2 tsp
Fresh cream 1 cup
Water 2 cups
Method.
- Take 200 gms paneer cut into big cubes.
- Heat frying pan and add ghee.
- Carefully add paneer pieces and fry till they change colour.
- Remove it from heat and keep aside.
- In the same pan add 2 onion diced , cashews, tomatoes,salt to taste and 1 cup water.
- Mix everything well and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
- Switch off the flame and let them cool down and grind to fine paste.
- In another kadai heat 2 tablespoons butter.
- Add 1 finely chopped onion and fry till it turn golden brown.
- Now add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and fry well.
- Add prepared paste and turmeric mix everything well.
- Then add chilli powder, coriander powder and garammasala powder.
- Mix everything well.
- Now add fresh cream , 1 cup water and salt if needed.
- Add crushed kasoori methi to gravy and mix well.
- Finally add fried paneer pieces.
- Close lid and cook on low heat for 2 to 5 min.
- Now gravy will become thick and creamy.
- Switch off the flame and serve hot with roti or naan.
